At this time you can purchase my fine art prints matted or unmatted only. I generally recommend using white or off white 8 ply solid core rag boards for matting, for a very classic and three dimensional look. Wherever you choose to have your purchase matted or framed consult with your trusted local picture framer. Use only the finest acid free museum and rag mat boards to protect your investment.
I am proud to say that over 10,000 finely crafted photographs have been produced and sold during my photographic career. Currently, all images are printed using ARCHIVAL PIGMENT BASED INK. To create these fine art images I utilize only high quality fine art acid free art paper, or art canvas exclusively designed for printing with ARCHIVAL PIGMENT BASED INK.
Official testing by Whilhem Research Inc. would indicate that one could reasonably expect these ARCHIVAL PIGMENT BASED INK images to last at least 200 years before noticeable fading would occur if displayed under glass in "normal room light conditions". Please keep in mind that fading is a cumulative event. For superior life avoid direct sunlight and other bright light sources high in the ultraviolet end of the light spectrum. To dramatically increase the permanence of your purchase I would recommend glazing with a "museum glass or acrylic that filters out 98% of the UV light."
